Upfront payment or 50/50 down payment (before sketch and after final output).

Clients will receive a full refund, assuming its requested BEFORE commission

A paypal invoice will be first sent to the client prior its start

The commission will start once the agreed payment has been received.

Submission of visual references is highly advised. Otherwise, the request will be denied.

Artistic judgement will be used if the client fails to provide any specific details regarding commission (poses, descriptions, or outfits).

The artist has full liberty to deny a client's commission no questions asked.

Any sign of hostility and/or harassment directed to the artist will result in the termination of the commission, along with the payment being refunded back to said client.

Clients within the waitlist (can be seen in Queue) will be prioritized

Clients may ask for progress report after a week since the start of commission. If the Artist is unable to respond, refer to the queue.

Sketches will be sent for the client to choose from. During this phase, they may request any minor or major changes (pose, angle, etc.) without limit.

Failure of the client to respond within a week after the artist had made contact will result in being put on hold whilst the artist attends to other clients.

Payment will be refunded if complications arise on the artist's part. The refund amount will depend on how much work has been completed on the commission.

Termination of the commission will be considered if the client fails to respond after continuous follow ups. Refunds will be considered base on the status of the commission.

You may be informed if any technical or personal difficulties arises on the artist' end.

Artwork will be delivered as PNG via Discord (low-res) and/or Google Drive (high-res). Once the final piece is done, refunds are no longer available.

Delivery of original files (e.g., PSD, CSP) is not included by default and must be negotiated prior to commissioning. Additional fees may apply depending on what was negotiated.

Up to 2 minor revisions (small color or detail adjustments) are included. Requests for further or major changes may incur extra charges and are subject to the artist’s approval.

Clients may make personal edits to the commissioned piece, provided any intended alterations are discussed in advance.

Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased. Personal use excludes all forms of monetization.

Commercial use is subject to a 40% surcharge. Terms of commercial use are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed.

If the commission is posted or shared online, credit must be given by either retaining the signature and/or linking to the artist’s socials.

The artist retains the right to display the commissioned work in their portfolio and promotional channels. Requests for privacy or withholding publication must be made in advance and may incur additional fees.
